Superior Fashion - Returns

We hope that you are enthusiastic about the designer fashion bought on Superior Fashion. However, should one of our products not meet your expectations and you want to exercise your right of cancellation, you have the option of returning the product within 14 days.

However, the right of cancellation is only in place if the product bought hasn't been customised or altered. Personalisation of garments renders the cancellation policy inactive.

Please note the cancellation policy with regard to the right of cancellation, the cancellation period, the consequences of the cancellation and the reasons for exclusion or expiry of the cancellation right.

The right of return applies only to unworn, unwashed and flawless items from which the labels have not been removed.

Please pay attention to the proper packaging of the item(s) and use the original packaging material if possible. Please also include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

The return is always made to the address of the seller (designer or store).

After receiving the return, the seller (designer or store) will inform us that your payment will be refunded to the original payment method. You should receive your refund within 3-5 working days of being notified by the seller (designer or store). We will contact you if there is a problem with your return.

You bear the immediate costs of the return.
